Update 1.3 - Bug squashing bonanza!

New features:

• Timer now turns red to indicate you won't be receiving the time star
• Plethora of new exciting words to end the level with!

Bugs squashed:

• Carrots are now correctly diced only if the blade of the knife is touched
• Carrots still get diced when you 'die' primarily to another object but hit a carrot in free-fall
• The timer now starts upon player input
• You can't receive the pepper jar in free-fall having 'died' first
• Music now correctly loops
